For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree", completing registration, making a deposit or using any Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms unconditionally.
3.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that third party to these Terms. In the absence of such authorisation, you accept these Terms solely in your personal capacity.
3.3 Users who do not accept these Terms must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use after any modification of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
3.4 Pakistan Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an account and use any Services. We enforce a strict adults-only policy. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating. ab555 reserves the right to refuse access to, or close accounts of, Users accessing the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions.
4.3 Single Account Policy. Each User may hold only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.
4.4 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an account:

You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. ab555 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
5.3 You must notify ab555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account.
5.4 KYC Verification. ab555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.
5.5 You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Outdated or inaccurate information may result in delayed or suspended withdrawals.
6.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. The Platform's live cashier displays currently available methods. Payment provider names referenced on this site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistan payment references only. None of these providers endorse gambling or are affiliated with ab555. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment method permits gambling transactions under that provider's current terms.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published in the Platform's cashier section. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
6.3 All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger KYC review or account suspension.
6.4 Deposit processing times vary by payment method. ab555 does not guarantee instant processing for any payment method. Processing time information shown on the Platform is provided by payment processors and is indicative only.
6.5 ab555 does not accept deposits for the purpose of money storage. Deposits must be used for gaming activity. ab555 reserves the right to return deposits that show no corresponding gaming activity.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed for an account where identity verification is incomplete or pending review.
7.2 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ab555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These are displayed in the Platform's cashier section.
7.4 Withdrawal processing times are subject to the operator's review procedures and the timelines of the recipient payment provider. Indicative processing times are provided by payment processors and are not guaranteed by ab555.
7.5 ab555 reserves the right to delay, withhold or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or violation of these Terms.
7.6 Any applicable withdrawal fees are disclosed in the cashier section. ab555 reserves the right to amend fee structures with reasonable notice.
8.1 ab555 may offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of offer.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry date are specified per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
8.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated play or using mathematical arbitrage strategies — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
8.4 All bonus figures referenced on this Platform — including illustrative welcome bonus figures such as "up to PKR 10,000" — are examples only. Actual bonus amounts, eligibility criteria and terms are determined by the operator's current live promotions and are subject to change without notice.
8.5 ab555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing wagering requirements at the time of cancellation may be handled at ab555's reasonable discretion.
9.1 Users must not engage in any of the following activities when accessing or using the Platform:

10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to ab555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of ab555's intellectual property rights and will be acted upon accordingly.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues or service interruptions.
11.2 ab555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 ab555's total liability to any User under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
12.1 ab555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means to generate income or escape personal difficulties.

13.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under the governing law specified in Clause 13.1.
13.4 Before initiating any formal dispute, Users are encouraged to contact ab555 support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.
14.1 ab555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
14.2 The date at which these Terms were last reviewed is indicated at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
14.3 Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
